Thank you for posting this. I’ve always wondered what it looked like and if it was good. I love collards my grandma made them a lot for holidays but I dot not have the patience and it’s hard to find ham hocks or turkey necks fresh. So I will definitely give it a try.

They sent me a pack of various canned goods by way of apology, which was great since they don’t have many products on offer in my area.
